Q. Where are you located?

A. We are a family owned company located and established in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico ( US Territory ).

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the US & China. 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-24 business days for all orders to arrive, it all depends in which country you are located as we ship Worldwide. Also, shipping times vary  based on demand and shipping location. For USA, it is usually 7-14 business days.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days. It can take longer during sales but it shouldn't be longer than 7 business days. 

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Where can I find the workout e-book?

A. After you purchase and we ship your items, you will receive an e-mail containing the e-book with all the exercises. If you do not receive it by any chance, please e-mail support@bodytrainerx.com with your order number and we will be able to send it to you.

Q. Do you have follow-along workout videos?

A. 48 Hours after purchase, we sent an automated email with your workout video link. If you did not received it, please send an email to support@bodytrainerx.com

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.
